So every semester at my piano studio, we finish off with a fun recital. As a teacher, it’s one of the most rewarding parts of the semester to watch students perform and see how much they’ve learned and grown. Parents also love to see the final finished product of the lessons. Hopefully students have fun as well. I try not to put tons of pressure on them so it’s a great experience but they won’t feel bad about any slips on stage.
This semester, I found a free banner from a scrapbooking and clip art website that I used to make a cute announcement and matching recital program. I like having it look bright and springy for this time of year. Here’s the Microsoft Word Template file I created if you want to make one too: RecitalProgramBanner.
To see my recital announcement, check out my studio website – www.hawkerpianostudios.com I love how it turned out! How do you make studio announcements and programs? Do you have any special files or images you love to use?
