This week’s TED talk is not really a talk, but it is definitely worth your time! Watch this engaging performance by the Teresa Carreño Youth Orchestra, the top youth orchestra in Venezuela. This orchestra is part of the El Sistema program. Founded in 1975, El Sistema is a youth orchestra program aimed at reaching at risk children.
