Although it doesn’t quite feel like fall yet here in Texas, Halloween and cooler weather are just around the corner.  My students aways love the Easter Technique Game Whitney shared here a few years back.  I printed it once and pull it out every year to use the week before Easter.  I thought it might be nice to have some similar games for other seasons.  Today’s free printable is really similar to the easter eggs, but it’s pumpkins instead.  So you can use these anytime during the fall!  Just print them out and cut on the solid lines, then fold them into little tents.  I like to spread them out on top of the piano like this:

I have these ready at the beginning of a student’s lesson.  They then pick on before each five-finger scale, or any technique, and play the scale as instructed.  There’s a few really silly ones that are certain to get a laugh.  And this is a great way to mix-up your regular routine.  Download the printable below and enjoy!
